Again, this makes especially good financial sense to those who may have children who will one day require housing during their years at A&M.

There are many options for quality housing located in beautiful neighborhoods throughout College Station and I have represented both buyers and sellers all over Aggieland. There are quiet, tucked away homes, vibrant golf course communities and, of course, the Southside Historic Area, which allows you to walk to Kyle Field. There are many other great options as well.
